| The JOURNAL disseminates news for transcribers and educators, highlights
new developments in their fields, and offers informative articles by
specialists in the many areas of transcribing and the education of
students with visual impairments.
The quarterly CTEVH JOURNAL is mailed to members in the
following media formats: print, Braille, audio tape, or compact disk in .doc file format. Virtual delivery occurs when members are notified that the latest edition has been uploaded to this Website.
