Domestic and Foreign Annual Membership: US$50

CTEVH membership dues are for calendar year, January to December. Any dues received after October 1, 2007 will be applied to 2008. Members receive the quarterly-published CTEVH JOURNAL and pre-conference materials for the Annual Conference.
