Scholarships offered by CTEVH

There are two scholarships offered on an annual basis, one designed for adult members who are in any of the fields of vision services supported by CTEVH, the other designed for students who are either visually impaired or blind. Both scholarships are presented at the annual conference usually held in early Spring.

Donna Coffee Youth Scholarship

Donna Coffee was a transcriber and treasurer for CTEVH when she died in mid-1990. A fund was quickly begun after her death which provides scholarships to students who are blind or visually impaired. The application follows and is self-explanatory. Deadline is January 15, 2009.

The scholarship is presented to the winning student at the banquet held at the annual conference.
